How to Submit a Claim
If you would like to receive a refund for a product purchased directly from MLnatutals or from an authorized seller from whom you purchased the product, please contact customer service.
Have information about where and when you purchased the product. If your request is approved, you must mail the MLnaturals product, proof of purchase (e.g. receipt),
and warranty approval confirmation number to:
Your warranty claim must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, and you are responsible for the costs incurred in mailing the product and proof of purchase.
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the product, excluding taxes and fees. If you choose a replacement product instead of a refund, you may choose
a product of equal or lower value.
Our 30-day warranty only applies to products sold by Mlnaturals.net or authorized sellers of My Life products. This is because unauthorized sellers cannot control
the quality of the products they sell. We are in constant pursuit of the highest quality supplements, a mission we take seriously. If you have any questions about

Shipping Policy:
Our goal is to process your order within 1-2 days on an urgent basis depending on production, order size and availability of the items ordered. Delivery usually takes
3-5 days from payment to eventually be requested. (Based on business days, international orders may take longer due to customs clearance.)
